The Push Up is the easiest and most affordable exercise in the world.  It is actually hard to find a muscle that is not used in a push up.  Push ups work triceps, chest, shoulders,and,  abdominal and core muscles.  The push up truly is the all body work out.  Obviously having the right form for push ups will help in achieving the desired results.  Different variations of  Push ups focus on certain muscle groups more than others. But, there is no single greater workout than the simple basic push up.

If push ups are done in a great deal of volume it will literally transform what a body looks like.  Push ups are not easy to do for some and, impossible for others.....then again, anything worth while in life is hard.....
